01Who we are

The Celina Condo Estates (the studio) operates this website and the related client portal. By using either, you agree to the terms below.

02What this site is

Marketing, information, and a portal for our clients. Pricing, floor plans, renders, and amenity details shown on the site are illustrative and subject to change until they are committed in a signed sale agreement. Nothing on the site by itself forms a contract.

03Consultations & enquiries

When you book a consultation or send a contact-form message you authorise us to contact you back via the channels you provided. Booking a consultation is free and creates no obligation. We confirm or reschedule within 2 business hours during studio hours (Mon–Sat 09:00–18:00, Asia/Bangkok).

04Client portal

Access to the client portal requires an invitation code we issue privately. You agree to keep your credentials confidential. We may suspend access for suspected misuse — usually after notifying you. The portal is the canonical record of your bookings and payments; if a discrepancy arises between the portal and other channels (email, screenshots, conversations), the portal record governs.

05Payments & invoices

All amounts are denominated in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of VAT 7% unless stated otherwise. Tax invoices are issued through the portal in PDF form. Refund and cancellation conditions are governed by your individual sale agreement, not by this site.

06Content & intellectual property

All renderings, photography, masterplans, and copy on this site are the property of the studio or our licensors. You may share links and brief excerpts with attribution. Please ask before reproducing images at scale.

07Liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and the portal available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or zero defects. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to direct damages and capped at THB 10,000.

08Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai.

09Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced on the site and, where you have an account, by email. Continued use of the site after the effective date confirms your acceptance.
