Piampiti Construction was founded in Chiang Mai in 2024 by a family with a simple belief: a home should be measured by how it feels to live in, not how it looks in a brochure. The Celina is our flagship — a collection of warm minimalist condominiums in the Fa Ham neighbourhood.

We build in soft white, light oak, and natural light — and we keep our promises concrete: transparent pricing, honest construction updates, and a private client portal that follows every residence from reservation to handover.

We do not chase volume. The Celina vision is four buildings in the same Fa Ham neighbourhood — including the Napa Valley collection — each residence built carefully, delivered honestly, and made for everyday life.
